Any extreme measures, successful or not, doesn't matter. Was it worth it?
- No extreme measures, because they just break you, not make you gain. But the level of determination and persistency are needed at extreme measures.
Did it leave you injured with a major setback, or did finally something happened and you grew?
- Grew. From approx 6.3 - 6.4" up to 8.0". PE has been irregular for years, more like just luxury time for myself with pumping-orientated workout. At the peak measured 8.0" bone pressed, but honestly have backed a bit, to approx 7.6 - 7.8" due to too long periods off a routine. Erect gains are one thing, but my flaccid has also improved a lot, percentage-wise a lot more really. Considering that as big benefit as the erect gain.
