- No extreme measures, because they just break you, not make you gain. But the level of determination and persistency are needed at extreme measures.

- Grew. From approx 6.3 - 6.4" up to 8.0". PE has been irregular for years, more like just luxury time for myself with pumping-orientated workout. At the peak measured 8.0" bone pressed, but honestly have backed a bit, to approx 7.6 - 7.8" due to too long periods off a routine. Erect gains are one thing, but my flaccid has also improved a lot, percentage-wise a lot more really. Considering that as big benefit as the erect gain.

The key element is jelqing. Ask anyone who has gained. But really, it's a big process finding and learning the ways of getting your cock really in the ganing zone. Jelqing technique is also in key role. The ones who really are interested going into the subject I recommend one of the good old and proper PE forums (Thunder's at least used to be the place) It a big area of information.

I’m already gaining. Here’s my method;

My bpel started at 8 “
I use a heating pad to prevent fluid build up during pumping so I can do longer sets.

It takes me a minimum of 45-50 minutes to EXCEED my bpel.

After 50 minutes my pump length is 8.5”; exceeding my bpel by half an inch.

After reaching 8.5” I do another two sets at ten minutes each at my exceeded bpel length.

Constantly exceeding your bpel will result in permenant length eventually and you will not return back to normal.


Oh, pumping adds a lot of girth on top of length too as a bonus.

Exceeding normal girth Perimeters will also result in permanent girth.

I started off hanging but now I feel pumping is the best form of PE Because it’s safer, quicker and adds a lot of girth on top of length.

Anybody can be big just put in the work ;)

Fuck the ruler or measuring tape at least for a while. If I could keep increasing weight or time comfortably, where would my cock be at 30lbs, 40lbs or even 50lbs? I know that sounds extreme. No one knows i guess only time will tell.

I'd love a vacuum solution for ADS, but phallosan is just too small. Found some suction cups at Alibaba that will come close to what I'm looking for.
Right now im happy with my weighted sleeves. They're super comfortable and stealthy. It won't improve the Tunica, but at least it stops the regression at the ligaments.

I tweaked the regular and V-jelqs to make them more effective. I then used a lot of pressure and slow jelqing speeds to make each of my jelqing sessions as intense as I could. Over the years I have gained approximately 1 1/4" of permanent erect girth. No injuries, but I stayed focused and worked hard for many years to achieve it. It's amazing how much you guys were able to achieve just by using your bare hands. I sometimes wonder what's going on when we jelq. Once made a sling for the index finger and thumb attached it to an analog pull force gauge and was amazed at the numbers. A rally hard pull on a slow stroking V-jelq peaked at 43lbs and on average the needle hovered around the mid 20lbs mark. As the ok grip slid towards the the coronal ridge it always seem to get closer to the peak. If I pushed to hold the end for 3sec. It never dropped below 30lbs. Now imagine the force on an ULI where the bottom hand actually pulls the opposite direction. Even only for seconds, but it should be easy to get in the 60lbs area. This little research project really made me think about force & time in a different way. Reading up on the biggest gainers over at Thunders there's hardly anyone who didn't jelq excessively.
