Tell the people whom you love just how much, every day.

Set core principles and be flexible with everything else. Bending is much easier than breaking.

Never say never: sooner or later, you will.

Materialism is an illusion and a lie.

Nature does not have any "safe words", neither does life.

We are beings of spirit given the gift of time and sensation. Revel in it.

Love is a gift you give yourself.

There are so many good lessons here but just a few random thoughts of my own would be ...

Everyone else is also scared ...

Worry is a completely ineffective activity ...

Look for a charitable explanation first ...

Don't stop stopping (if you want to stop something)
Don't stop starting (if you want to start something)

A million one dollar coins are much more likely
than one million-dollar checque ...

I am powerless over other people's insanity ...

SPEAK UP ...

be the first to smile ...

care is not to be squandered ...

be nice to yourself ...

true perfection lies in accepting life's imperfections ...

and so many more, but most important of all :

this particular human experience is a required course ,
and a onetime-only learning opportunity ;
