The gains were through a daily routine of stretches that I designed myself after reading years ago about the physiology of the penis on another website with references to lengthening it. Unlike muscle tissues or skin, the penis has a prominent ligament running down its length which is an extremely tough tissue and very resistent to stretching techniques that can extend other tissues relatively quickly. BUT it can be done, but very, very slowly and with lots of tension. The ligament under severe stretch tension will develop many microtears along its length that when healed becomes infinitesimally longer. In order not to cause serious damage, this tearing must be done somewhat cautiously of course, a few minutes of strong tension each day. And it also must be continued almost daily because a ligament becomes much tougher if allowed to heal completely. So if you were to gain a mm then stop a week, you would have much more difficulty going for the next mm. So I decided i would try just some simple stretches holding the penis by the glans and tugging mightily for a few hundred tugs a day and see what happens.
Let me digress a bit. Now of course we have the crux of why very few ever believe that I had the success that I did with those thousands of tugs -- almost no one has the determination to keep with any program as long as I have perhaps because they do not have that bit pg obsessive compulsive nature in matters that I determine require years of grit and determination to accomplish. Even on the huge site, mattersofsize.com, I am sort of a phenom because among the 10's of thousands registered there who use stretching techniques, much more elegant than mine, no one has a record of more than 3 years of daily stretching on the penis and now I am beyond 6. If you spend 6 years doing some asinine exercise you damn well better have some reward for it or I would never have continued and I did have very small continual successes.
I have changed from the tug methods once I got enlisted to group at mattersofsize and became good friends to founder of that site. For the past 8 months I have been using the most advanced set of stretches those guys use since I am obviously the most advanced in length of penis service time (ha ha). But they are all basically just stretches, just different variations, some more tortuous than others and some designed I believe to help some curvature problems by varying angles of stretch and such. My primary stretch now is what is called a foot long stretch and plants one foot then the other against the wrist of opposite hand that is grasping the penis glans for dear life -- it is very hard to keep hold so I use tissue and talcum since you can apply a lot of pressue (have to be careful not to overdo this one of course).
Now since posting my original thread here about my long term plan and accomplishments I have gotten the usual "you are one super bull shitter" comments but I must tell you this and this is not very encouraging. Almost everyone who was positive in their comments and said they would try stretching has been contacted by me over the past year and not one really stuck with any regular stretching program, they all gave up except a few who were already into a stretching routine before they met me. Again we have the problem that most people simply do not have the determination to try something very long term with such miniscule evidence of any reason to continue. But for guys on this site, who are really into their penis type things, a longer penis obviously a super worthy cause.
Just an aside on this long term aspects of things I have done in my life here is another example -- there was a thread somewhere about baldness aids using rogaine and propecia that I responded to stating that I been using rogaine daily for 10 years and then added propecia daily also for the last 4 years and I was shocked to get responses from guys who were astrounded that anyone would keep up such a routine for so long. But though I don't have much if any at all more hair than I did 10 years ago, I certainly don't have less and friends who were about where I was 10 years ago in hair loss are now almost bald and wonder why I never progressed (I just shrug off the comment). Incidentally I dropped the propecia and now use avodart that I have to get from Canada since it is not registered for baldness cure yet in U.S.
Pictures of the penis are not avaiable at this time. I don't attain rock hard erections as easily as I used to and the friend down below and my silly modesty doesn't work too well in a camera setup that I have tried and felt the fool doing. Long penises seem to have much more variability in length than do shorter varieties and like any self respecting guy I am not going to state my penis length as the lower end of the range (with dick a bit on the mushy side of erect) so the 10.5 or so is of the not always reliable rock hard erection (okay in the sex act but not easy for me otherwise) that I can sometimes attain and can get a measure before it fades away. I did make an offer to guys who think I have made all this stuff up -- for a genuinely interested person who needs a little pictorial incentive to indulge in a many year program to lengthen the penis I have volunteered to do a cam shot with you (your cam not needed of course unless you want to follow along). I can go through some routines and you will see during the course of viewing that my prop is certainly not of the 6 inch variety that it formerly was if that is any help.
I am a bit reluctant to do the cam with someone only modestly interested in stretching routines since I had one taker last week who was anything but interested in my demonstrations. The lack of posts should have been all the evidence I needed to say no, but I went ahead. When the conversation dropped to "They sure grow em big where you come from" and "Can I see your asshole again cause that's where I want to put my tongue while I jerk you off" (the foot long stretch reveals a bit too much of the posterior to the camera) I knew it was time to drop the curtain. But the offer still stands. We will have to have some dialogue though before we dontinue with the cams though. I wish all of you well and do NOT think in terms of 5 or 6 years, think of a quarter to half inch every six months being motivation to continue for the next fractional inch. Once you have that first half inch, you will be convinced that it can work for you then set your sites on one half inch goals at a time.
Honestly I knew I was a class AAAA shithead when I started this stretching stuff. I also wondered if I would destroy something like my ability to sexually perform or sustain an injury that would be very difficult to explain to doctor, but that never happened. What did happen is an accomplishment that I wish could have had a different ending. I wish the six years had led to my 22 birthday not my 62. I have led a life of feeling rather sexually repulsive to women even my wife and I think out of desperation to develop a better self image I started this business on a lark. Now 6 years later I admit to getting some satisfaction out of thinking perhaps how more sexually exciting my life would have been if I had had a really upper end dick during 20's and 30's when I might have been a sexual Lothario like a lot of well hung young guys are on this site. I have no regrets though since I can enjoy the longer dick now -- and how much longer you might ask will you enjoy it and keep stretching -- answer to both is till I am put in coffin -- will request (though doubt will be permitted) that I be buried nude with extra embalming fluid in penis and a toothy smile on face.
Another aspect of my less than favorable impession of my sexual persona was due to sissy skinny body I always had. I have also remolded that also and have been into heavy weight lifting several times a week for past 2 years and now have the indeligle makings of a very sexy body. All scientific evidence points to stopping and even reversing the clock for aging the body with rigorous exercise program and that is exactly what I am doing. Even at gym, the trainers have been amazed at my progress there and say I have the body of a 35 year old. Also take yoga and pilates classes and the mostly women classes enjoy having me in those classes since I have the best long term record of attendance in both and can do poses those sexy young women can't do and I admit I enjoy the admiring glances and winks from them (especially the back bends in sweaty clingy gym pants).
