That was vulgar. He should have (and could have) been arrested for that "prank." Or in many parts of the country, he would have suffered physical retaliation. Do it in a wild nightclub or bar, but not in a public park.

I'm inclined to agree. A nudist knows there are appropriate times and places...and given the number of children around, this was not the right venue for the "prank" (ever notice how things are "pranks" depending on who does them? This guy seemed to walk about for quite awhile with no apparent confrontation. I think if I would've tried that I'd have been hauled off in the paddy wagon within 5 minutes...tops).
