Well Wally, you have come to a new area in your life, and you have all of us to back you up, you know in your mind that you are doing the right thing, and don't let anyone change your mind. You have an amazing personality, and you have touched all our hearts. You know that life can only go up from here. Chalk the experience up to just that, an experience that you never want to go through again, and keep faith hun.
We are awaiting your arrival to Florida, to let us know that you are safe.
Much love babe,
TK

Wally, I think that moving is a brilliant idea. My only concern is that you might get attacked by an alligator.

Perhaps you should move somewhere that doesn't have vicious reptiles?

i am all confused right now everything seems to be going wrong right now and i am not sure what to do i thought moving back to florida would help but it's not helping at all,, things seem all down hill right now.
You're adjusting to the change of scenery. Hold on for a little while, talk to people and get to know the community--it'll get a little easier under most circumstances.

just to kind of clarify things with everyone, the reason i said what i said is because all of the friends i used to have when i lived here before are no longer here or i am unable to contact them so i am trying to start over again and make new friends, things are going a lot better now, i have a place to stay and getting involved in church again starting therapy next week and possibly will be getting a job in a few days, but i am still frustrated, starting over is never easy. well ta ta for now see everyone later.WALLY from Fort Lauderdale, FL

You may not realize it now, but the hardest part is breaking out of the abusive situation. The next hardest part is finiding out there is more to it than just getting out of the abusive relationship.

You have to rebuild your self image, self worth, make a new life for yourself and most importantly heal. It takes time to emotionally heal. We all want patience and patience now. It doesn't work that way. Even if everything elwe works out perfectly, it still takes six months to a year to heal emotionally from a situation you were in.
