I'm wondering if anyone here knows the answer to this.

I bought a new computer. Can't figure out where in Mozilla Thunderbird emails are actually kept, so I can copy them and put them on my new machine.

Would sure appreciate any clues or hints. Thanks!

What OS version are you using ? That is Windows ? OS X ? or Linux ?

For example this link touches on Thunderbird to Evolution migration in Linux. For me Thunderbird is weak compared to Gnome/Novell Evolution.

I would think the Windows version of Thunderbird probably has a file similar to a MS Outlook pst file for compatibility.
