Ive got a good deal of all that Mr Tony 18" Titanic Duncan's so far done. Tony 18 definitely challenges Mandingo as the biggest guy working today. I too have seen video of Mr. 18, and while I do not think he has 18 inches, it definitely looks to be more than 13.
