I just read today that Chris Noth has signed up to be in the "Sex and the City" movie that begins shooting in September, so maybe we'll see the goods on the BIG screen!!

The characters on the show gave him that nickname because he was a big shot in the financial industry.

I can't recall any references to his size whatsoever, although there were plenty of other size references in the show.
