What do your two diff leg days look like if you don’t mind sharing?Not sure why my post didn’t show up but I wholeheartedly agree with the leg days being split up. I’ve noticed quite a difference in size now that I’ve broken up quads and hamstrings. I do quads and calves on Monday and then hamstrings glutes and calves on Friday. Also it keeps me out of a cardio phase when I do that. I like to keep my heart rate low when weight it comes to my weight training.
