Muscular thigh question

ok, under no circumstance whatsoever have i heard of someone refer to aerobic exercise as "cardio-pulmonary"........

In my case, due to an accident, when I was 25 my EKG's are really abnormal. Thus, for the past 13 years I've seen the same cardiologist every 4 months. In addition to resistance training MWF, I spend 1.5 to 2 hrs daily on cardiovascular conditioning and aerobic cardio exercise to increase my cardiorespiratory fitness/endurance. Perhaps, I should have just said CRF/E.

I'm a big believer in using little words instead of lengthy, jargonistic abbreviations.

Exercise is what it's called.

I saw a memo today that said, " I staffed with my supervisor......" WTF does staffed mean? Did she and her boss beat each other with a big stick? Did they hire a bunch of people together?

Perhaps what she meant to say was, "met".

Giving the word exercise some double, triple or even quadruple barreled name doesn't change anything, it's still exercise.

Thanks for the replies and the advice.

another problem is it seems like my pants don't fit right anymore. I've had to go up a waist size to accomodate my legs and butt, but my waist is actually the same size, so one size up is too big, while the correct waist makes me feel like i'm in a vise because of my ass and butt.

I completely agree - I've noticed many jeans are too tight in the thighs. Any brands that fit you better? Many low waist brands/styles are better I have noticed... glad I'm not the only one!

My thighs aren't even as big as some of the men that posted, but my balls seem to go single file between my legs. I wonder if this is unhealthy.

No laughing at this:-

Many years ago when I was delivering newspapers in Wimbledon (S London), I had the following unfortunate experience, which, 45 years later, still brings tears to the eyes. This particular house had a long uphill drive, so I always leaned the bike against the lamp-post while I ran up the drive (in the UK, we push the papers through the letterbox - its the personal touch). Back down the drive to the bike and jumped on the saddle. Now this was well into the round, so I was getting a bit hot, and the balls were very dangly, and this resulted in me sitting on my balls. The bike took off down the hill, but I could not get my feet onto the pedals to lift myself up and relieve the pressure, not helped by the potholes in the road surface. The next problem was the sharp righthand turn halfway down the hill to the next house - negotiated this and finally managed to stop and get off. This was a very painful experience!

OK - you can have a laugh, because now it does seem funny, but at the time it was embarrassing and painful, and I had to get on with the rest of the round, then get back in time to go to school.
OUCH!

Although I usually freeball, may I suggest 2(x)ist briefs. I have a pair and enjoy the view when I wear them during pre-play and fore-play. They bring the balls up and forward so that the legs do not pinch the balls. I hope this helps.

I think boxer briefs with a good contoured pouch are the solution to your problem. I personally like the Sonoma brand the best, I once got CK ones, as a gift, but found the pouch lacking.

Sorry to bring this question up again, but also wondering about jeans/pants now. My "correct" waist size makes me feel like i'm suffocating (i have a muscular butt too) but if i go up a waist size, the pants fall off my hips.

Suggestions?

I had to just give up on waist size. My waist size varies between 30-34, but I always have to buy pants between 32-36 depending on the cut. I just buy them to fit my thighs and ass. Kinda sucks if I want to wear my shirt tucked in, cuz I always end up scrunching up the jeans with my belt. But hey, there was a time when I had a big fat waist, so I dont mind so much.

I know this isn't exactly the answer you want, but I found the only cost effective solution is simply to buy a size up in waist and have them altered or simply notch up the belt.

However, if that solution bothers you, and admittedly it doesn't look as good a properly fiitted pair of pants should, I sugges you go to a tailor or, secondarily, a high end men's clothier and ask someone about it.

OK, so what about having the waist altered by a tailor? They can also take the butt out or in, fit them right to your ass to show it off if you want. Also, I wish I had your problem.

Not exactly the same issue, but there was an older thread that I started that's sounds somewhat related, and had some good suggestions

You could always try a kilt. Fits snugly round the waist, shows off the butt, doesn't pinch the thighs, lets your boys breathe and gives quick, easy access when required! You also get the added bonus of attracting a lot of attention.

Thanks for the replies and the advice.

Unfortunately, the underwear thing seems moot as I wear boxer briefs (and have for quite a while) in an effor to relieve this situation (no luck so far). I know about the cupping your balls thing when you sit down, but that's kinda inappropriate to do in public (i HATE getting on an airplane...those small seats...ouch, i'm hurting just thinking about it).

I've had this problem. My legs aren't even that big, but trousers are tight. My balls aren't that big either but sometimes they're uncomfortable when I sit down. Cupping helps

A belt, as has been suggested twice before, would help hold your pants up. You could also reignite the fashion with suspenders.

My personal preference would be for men with muscular legs and buttocks wear spandex whenever possible.

Actually, belts don't really work to well. Well, they do obviously do the job of keeping the pants up, but by going up a size there is so much extra fabric just in the waist line that there is an uncomfortable little "bulge" (calm down ...... bulge around the waist line). The tailor suggestion would work, but is entirely cost inefficient (that's a lot of money to spend!)

Thanks for the suggestions though
