Muscular Chicks = Hot

I tend to identify with females who train and life lifestyle similar to mine. With that said chemically enhanced female bbuilder at the NPC/IFBB level tend to get a little extreme and are not necessarily my ideal as the square jaws are just a deal breaker. With that being said many of the females DO look much softer and sexier in non-contest shape with higher levels of bodyfat.

I married a muscular female but she is also very petite and Asian and not as extreme of a build as bodybuilding although she would be great at it if she chose to pursue. For me muscle on a female is beautiful - many of the mainstream feminine physiques I see presented as ideal are my idea of "skinny fat" and far from sexy.

I have seen that clip b4 - she has potential but still has room for a bit more size - with proper nutrition and training program she would be a force.....I do love the combo of petite Asian female mixed with the muscled look. My Asian wife is 4'11" and grows like crazy - shorter people tend to do great at bodybuilding - I have also trained another Asian female as a client who was 5' and she also made tremendous progress in a very short period of time. Most people do not expect to see Asian girls with muscle but the truth is my two very best female training success stories were both Asian. I have found Korean and Japanese females have the greatest potential (espec Korean) because they seem to be blessed with more muscle to begin with.

Yes it is all natural muscle. She has never worked out. At only 78 pounds,she could easilly add 20 lbs of muscle.

I love the great bicep peak she has and her flat stomach.

Very hot.

Keep in mind, women who lift weights WILL NOT look like those bodybuilders you see in competitions. Most men do not have the testosterone required to build muscles that big, let alone women. Those are either genetic freaks, or they mess with their hormones (most likely).

Also, 'toning' muscles is a myth. If you want to look toned, lift heavy weight just like a man would. Your muscle size will increase, and in turn, the active muscle tissue will burn fat on its own.

That said, I really appreciate strength in a woman, perhaps a subconscious consequence of me being really skinny and having tiny hands.

Some girls simply love to be stronger than their men. I admit it's a minority, but they're out there and there's quite a number of them. My current girlfriend's tred the lot, big blokes, muscly ones, chubby ones, tall and short, and she says she loves the fact that she ALWAYS beats me at arm-wrestling and that her hands are bigger than mine.

And she's 5'5! I'm 5'9!
