In my CPR class a couple years back, people were having a difficult time grasping what a rate of 100 compressions per minute would feel like - and the teacher noted that Stayin' Alive plays at about 105 beats per minute, so it would be basically perfect for keeping rhythm. :cool:

For me, Pendulum - Watercolour is one of my favorite songs for its energy. A few times, I've been listening to it while walking, and started running without realizing it when the percussion kicks in
