You hear all these so-called stories of straight men trying gay sex. And there's a whole line of porn that caters to that. Does this mean we are all born gay but some choose to go straight? Gays always say they are born gay and can't be changed. Well, it seems there are quite a few straight men who are trying gay sex or going gay. They can change. Why can straight men try gay or go gay, but gay men can't try straight or go straight? Where are the stories of the gay man having sex with two women at the same time and realizing how much he likes male/female sex?

Has it occured to you that many people could be gay yet because of society they think they have to hide it or be untrue to themselves. One day they may just get to the point where they try it and think "hey this is me this is what I want". Folks who are gay are not in that situation because a fucked up society tells them they have to be gay so it doesn't work the other way round.

Then why not ask that question in a new thread? Might be a good idea for one. Beats trolling.

Underreporting? The man is now 'happy' to be accepted by society and now has no need to talk about his 'dark' past. Welcome to the land of normalcy no need to look back.

you need help...I feel really sorry for u.

That's mutual then. The rest of the board feels sorry for your close-minded ass. You're a homophobic fuck who needs to confess that there is something really wrong with you.

For someone who's supposedly so happily married to a woman, you seem to spend an inordinate amount of time denigrating homosexuality here -- on this website devoted to the discussion of big cocks. Why are you here except to stir up trouble?

You should be BANNED!

So if you comment on a topic you're a troll, but if you start a topic you're not one? I don't need to start a topic like that, since I already know the replies. Gay men can't go straight but straight men can go gay.

Thick_1,
as you can see from the above response, if you say something that a gay disagrees with, many things can happen:

a. you may get called homophobic
b. you may get called a troll
c. you may get called a hater
d. you may get called a gay basher
e. you may be threatened with a ban
f. you may be told to get psychological help
g. you may be told you are a closet case

I've been called all of the above, and then some.

Italian978, I'm not here to trash you. Far from it. But I have to say, that I think you are confusing what we do with what we want. I doubt that you would ever hear the gay man talking about his first str8 experience because, for most of us, it was a bad one. We did it because we felt we had to, not because we wanted to.

Plus, I could only ever sleep with women for the rest of my life, it would not make me str8. It would just make me a gay guy who sleeps with women.

But nobody is calling that man a closet case, yet he describes it as "my first gay experience(from a straight man)". If that's possible then it's possible for a man who's only had sex with men to suddenly find himself in a situation where he can have sex with a woman, he does, and he likes it. That's what I'm getting at. You don't hear that. And you're right, a gay man can sleep with a woman for the rest of his life, but you should also note that a straight man can go to jail and have sex with gay or straight men for the rest of his life.

My point exactly. A str8 man in that situation is not gay. He's just doing the only thing available. No other choice. It doesn't change who he is. I just think that we get caught up with labels that automaticaly change with one single event. It just isn't right. I think the OP has every right to continue to call himself str8 after having experimented once.

The OP can call himself whatever he wants; straight, gay, bi, or confused. I didn't even believe the story and thought it should be in the fiction section. And even if it were true, you're right, one single event does not make a person. What I was saying is that you don't hear about a gay man who's only had male/male sex and then has sex with a woman and says "Wow, that was so hot. I never realized how much I love having sex with women."

You know what, I have to agree with you on that point. I am a longstanding member of the gay community and, honestly, I have never heard the story go the other way either.

My opinion on this is that gay men have to fight very hard to learn to feel comfortable with themselves as gay men in a world that is telling them that they have no right to feel Ok as they are. After all that work, I don't think many gays would be willing to try life on the other side of the fence. It took too much to make a life on the side where we are.

The funny thing is this...They (gays) get all upset when they are reminded of the truth and go into their calling names deal and start bearing false witness...(telling lies) They do not realize that less than 3% of the world is homosexual...Even this website for example...It is dominated by gay posters, but I bet there are far more straight people here...The majority of the country is conservative, but the gays make more noise...If we straights are not welcome here, why not call this the ''GAY LPSG'' ?

Oh, how tiresome. Yet another homophobe trying to "educate" we gay people about who we "really" are and about how many of us there actually are.

You may believe that most of the country (assuming you mean USA) is conservative. The fact is that your belief about this is incorrect. The majority are liberal. The conservatives live spread out in the vast wastelands of America and so the map looks all red when election time comes because of that. The populated areas are liberal, for the most part.

Well, whatever, homophobes are a dying breed today as the youngin's are educating themselves and are freer with their sexuality.

My first gay experience was seeing Nicholas Clay's ass in John Noorman's Excalibur. I've never looked at the undressed male form the same way after that,..and never felt what I was sitting on would ever be good enough.

Seriously, the man just had the roundest, most perfectly classical Greek god ASS you'll ever lay eyes on. It was fucking amazing!

Oh dear.

First of all, I want to apologize to Scot -- he's penned a heartfelt post which reveals some very personal events laced with deep feeling. He's done it in a descriptive and tasteful manner and we were having a rousing discussion about the events contained therein when all of a sudden a hijacking occurred. It's a shame. I'm not saying that because I'm "pro" this or "anti" that -- I'm saying it because it was a good conversation that was derailed and headed south.

Now, to the topic at hand:

Scot -- what can I say that hasn't already been said? Major props and kudos to you for being so open-minded. Somewhere along the line, someone made the comment that "it's just sex" and they were correct. It's too bad we find ourselves so caught up in the minutiae that we either forget to or won't allow ourselves to enjoy the experiences of life. It reminds me of that scene in American Beauty where Kevin Spacey's & Annette Benning's characters are making out and, in the throes of passion, she cautions him against spilling beer on the couch. He explodes in a tirade and keeps repeating "It's just a couch!" So, Scot, congratulations on not worrying about spilling the beer.

And, I'm glad that everything sussed out well (or at least seems to have done). When a good friend of mine had his first gay encounter with me, it put our friendship on "communications blackout" for a long time (we didn't talk for a year after that due to his reticence). He's married with two kids now and we haven't spoken in a while (we rekindled the friendship for a while after the first time) so I can't speak to his proclivities at present.

As an aside (and contraindicative to my castigation about thread hijacking), HungShy -- PM me your phone number and I'll give you a shout the next time I'm coming through St. Louis. :fingersx:

Now -- back to your regularly scheduled programming.
