Help her to figure out what she wants, leave your opinion out of it. Direct her to where to go to find resources to make the decision.

If you love her for who she is now, affirm that. If you still will after the procedure, affirm that too. But make it about her when you talk about what you love, not her boobs. Even if she tries to take it down to a basic physical preference thing (like hair color or something), deflect it by reminding her that hair color can be changed on a whim and temporarily, whereas this is a permanent decision and shouldn't be made lightly just based upon a physical preference.

I am all for people doing whatever makes them feel good about theirself. I had lasiks done on my eyes in 2003 and it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

The only advice I would give your girlfriend is for her to wait until she is through childbearing and if she would like to breastfeed she would definately want to wait on having the boob job.

The reason why I say this is from my own experience. I am only 5 feet tall and I was tiny at one time myself. But as I have aged I have put on weight and my breasts have gotten bigger. Estrogen does have an effect on some women......And I think it really did on me. Every time I had a child my breasts got bigger with the pregnancy and they didn't go back down. .....even with weight loss. If your girlfriend is only 20 years old or younger her breasts may not be done growing. (Unless it is genetic in her family to be small breasted).

Anyways my advice would be to wait....5 or 10 years......unless she doesn't ever want to have children or breastfeed and the money is burning a hole in her pocket.

I would make sure she gets a good dr.. Do your research on the dr.. Maybe ask for references from previous patients. Make sure the dr. hasn't gotten his license suspended. Find out his policy on what happens if your girlfriend isn't happy with the results.....is there a money back satisfaction guarantee?

Would suggest you support her unless you're vehemently against it, but choose your surgeon carefully.

At 32A, Suzie has always complained about having small boobs (but as a slight-framed 4'11" - they seem just right to most people - certainly not comparitively large but not small, either).

In spite of my assurances that they're perfectly sized and shaped, she wanted them enhanced. Against my better judgement, I supported her as it's got to be her decision and I'd love her none the less for having larger, faked, boobs.

Hey guys and gals, here's a little update and for information on the situation.

She is going to a consultation soon with a cosmetic surgeon in Toronto (Canada). She has pretty much 100% made her decision to get them. I really didn't try to sway her decision either way.

Small breasts definitely run in the family. Her mother is almost flat and has told her many times that if she had the money to get implants she would do it. As well, her sister is literally completely flat (I mean completely flat) and she is also going to get implants when she can afford it as well. Her family is actually really supportive of her in getting them and I am pretty sure she has made up her mind.

Breast feeding isn't a real worry for her. Her mom wasn't able to produce enough to breast feed any of her kids and neither was my mother. So she isn't too worried about breastfeeding implications.

She is definitely going for the C - Cup. What do you guys think of her decision?

I would be upset if my man was telling me or asking me to get them. But if I wanted them and he agreed, why would I get mad? I have thought about getting them, I have several friends who got them and LOVE them. I am one of the only girls at the place I work at that doesn't have them. I still might get them someday, but for right now I am going to just work with what I have. I will probably get them after I have babies. Personally I think A cups are perfect match for her body size at 90lbs. As she gets older and gains some weight they could get bigger naturally. That happened to my wife and she used to be your gf's weight and breast size.

As her partner, YES!!! She will need your support. Surgery is always scary and she will need someone to hold her hand before and after.

In the end, it is her desicion. But she will need your support. How you personally feel about it is another issue. You both should have that converstaion. Whatever the outcome, support her if she goes through with it. That is your job.

You could pretty much say "good-bye" to the relationship if you do not support her.
