I don't hear you guys gripping about these 10- 16 year old GIRL in the USA wearing those BELLY shirts and those LOW RIDER short skirts.." I HATE those things!!!!!!!!!
My brothers older girl tried to put on a SKIN tight shirt and I about DIED FROM SHOCK.."
My brother had to keep calm...and told her to get out of that NASTY asss shirt.." Though he did not say those words, he just said , go change!! My gosh, Harry P is a boy in a STAGE Play and we are fighting over it. But, these YOUNG VERY underage girl are REALLY too young to wear STRIPPER clothes and I NEVER hear a PEEP out of anyone.." I remember on the sexy and funny thread that this one guys was looking down this YOUNG teens shirt at her boobs and got wood.." Or was it here???????? But, you guys MAKE a HUGE deal about a young man who is OLD enough to make his OWN mind up..." He chose to do the play.
Start a thread about the sexualization of pre- or early-teens through the fashion industry and the media, and I'm sure you'll find a lot of people agreeing with you.
The situation with Radcliffe
is ridiculous, of course. I've said on the 'other thread' that the law is an ass in this regard,
I can't make it any plainer than that.
This isn't a new situation for LPSG, though... and it's not me being a philistine (contrary to the delightful hate-mail I've received via PM), or LPSG policy being puritanical.... these same 'over-18s-only' guidelines have been applied time and again at this site (
and other celebrity forums) in the past; this instance has just garnered more attention due to the degree of celebrity involved.
The problem lies with those
outside LPSG who would happily use this as an excuse to cause trouble for the site, using the letter rather than the spirit of the law to aid their own puritanical agendas. I've had to hold back from posting tens of images in the past (out of the 3000+ that I've posted during my time at LPSG), when evidence was lacking that the subject was over 18 at the time of being photographed; because posting such things places the site in a risky position.
Other sites have been closed down for similar 'slips', and people who think otherwise simply aren't aware of some of the cranks who are around on the internet, trying to get more or less
any site that deals openly with sexuality shut down, and seizing upon letter-of-the-law opportunities like this to undertake this.
