    ***DISCLAIMER: Im not looking for humiliation, just honest opinions.***

    Hey everyone, there are always things wed like to improve on. Some want people want to be skinnier, some people want to gain weight. The point being, is that we all want to be a little better than we are currently. Its human nature. My question to everyone on this site is this; Looking at my pictures, what areas do you think I could use improvement in, and how? Body, cock, balls, whatever. This is constructive criticism.

    I think you need to improve on your self esteem. there is nothing wrong with the way you LOOK.

    My self esteem is pretty high, and im quite confident. I consider myself a very fit, active person. Being an athlete, I know there is always room for improvement. So Im asking for tips in that regard. I know Ive got some muscular imbalances, but other people are capable of seeing things I cant.

    To be honest with you? Nothing. Everything is about you is perfect. But me personally I would like to be bulkier a bit, and you can achieve that so easily. Just eat more protein and lift heavier.:biggrin1:

    You look great to me. If you're wanting to bulk up, what's your diet and workouts look like?

    My work outs are really basic; I do yoga 3 or 4 times a week, and Im a rock climbing instructor/guide. Otherwise I dont really go to the gym. Ideally maybe Id like to be a solid 155lbs. Though for my lifestyle bulk muscle is a negative rather than a good thing.
