my Jelquing status

    Well I've been jelquing on and off for about a week or two?

    and I have to say being about 6x5 I feel a bit ...thicker.

    I haven't measured. I'm actually quite frightened to.
    I start off by putting some warm water on my penis to get the blood flowing to it a bit and I'll wait about a minute. then I'll do the jelquing exercises for about 50-120 strokes.


    is this a good idea?

    should I do more?

    I would like to hit the 7x6 area one day sooner or later.
    I actually am a bit...I'm not sure....I'm scared a little to make it bigger.
    not sure if my girlfriend would like it or not : /

    Congratulations on starting. Usually it is recommended to warm up for about 10 minutes first. You can do it with a hot cloth but you have to warm it up again several times and I find a shower or bath is more convenient.

    You might want to do 10 or 12 30s stretches first too. I'm fairly new to PE too and different people seem to have different opinions on what to do. maybe 50-150 is a bit few, 200 seems recommended, gradually increasing in number. But you don't want to do too many to start with.

    Worry about all of that in three months. Right now stick to the basic routine. Most injuries come from guys who go beyond the newbie routine. Your penis needs time to get used to all this manipulation.

    The warm water thing stinks. I hate using it. The rice sock is far better. Just take a clean cotton sock, fill it half way with rice, then nuke it for about 15 seconds. It will hold the heat much longer and distributes it very evenly.

    You're right to warm-up. It's very important to preventing injuries.

    Regular jelqing will work for girth as well as length.

    Don't measure during the first three months. Just keep doing it.
