Just like Flashy Said, that was REALLY hard to narrow down. Narrowing down my favorite Marvin Gaye songs was excruciating. Most are from the Motown label but some are from Atlantic and Sam Cooke cut that tune for Keen Records.

I must also add that one of my all time favorite songs is Grover Washington Jr's version of the Norman Whitfield composition for the Temptations - "Masterpiece". It's found on his Soul Box double record set. Sadly it's out of print and extremely hard to find. I have it on vinyl... I have a copy that I listen to and one that is still sealed in it's original plastic. A blistering version of Gaye's "Trouble Man" is on side one right after "Masterpiece".

I'm not even going to try to name 15!

I've been checking out alto voices lately (because I'm an alto IRL) and so I've been listening to Martha & the Vandellas, Etta James, Gladys Knight and Tina Turner.

I'm also a huge Stevie Wonder fan too, though!
