As you can see, I've spent a lot of time trying to find out what works, and what doesn't, which is why I seem to change my repertoire all the time:)

I've finally found out what works best for me, and after a long break I'm gaining with great pace!


On the first page I keep the overview. My measurements, what I did each and every week and a description of my excersizes.

On page two is the detailed program. I've logged each and every day, all 31 weeks.

On page three my gains are visualised using www.thevisualiser.net.

Hope this will help some of the new as well as older PE-freaks out there :D

Some people were having problems with the "Megaupload" site. The journal's attached as an .xls file with permission from the author here.

UPDATE- I've reset the guest function to allow non-members to download attachments.

My log, which Big_Al links to, has been updated to include the last couple of weeks (up to week 36).


Sadly I've had no gains since last time, so I've decided to take a two week cycle break. My last break lasted 9 weeks, and my growth exploded when I began PEing again, so a two week break hopefully works out possitive for me!

I can't view your journal I was wondering if there was another place to view it because when I go megaload to download it I get error message from my pdf Abode reader that can't open or its been corrupted. I would like to see your journal and progress you have made.

Hey. I stopped after 7 months of training. I kind of just lost focus.

But!

Four months ago I started again - and I finally hit the one inch milestone. I've also gained some girth, but it is hard to measure precisely - and it is nothing special. My head has also seen some growth which is alot more apparent.

So all is fine. My goal when I started was to grow from 6,3 inches to 7,5 inches. When I stopped to years back my lenght was 6,9 inches. Now I'm almost at my goal with a length of 7,3 inches.

When I hit the 7,5 inches, I'll take another long break. Maybe half a year. Then I'll go for the 8 inches as my final goal.


It sure does demand percistency, focus and will power to get those gains. I've been actively PE-training for about a year now if you combine my to sessions. For one lousy inch :-D

One thing I've learned along the way is to just do the excersises without thinking too much about gains. Just do them. The gains will come.

Thinking too much about gains makes me impatient - which makes it harder to stay focussed.

During my first seven months of training I experimented with many different excersises. Every week I was trying something new. This caused impatience, as I was constantly expecting that the next excersise would be the king of gains. But there where never one such thing. Only slooow and persistent gains.

So now I'm just sticking to three different excersises. They seem to work perfectly fine and I won't change them.

My routine is as following:

I warm up with a sock with rice in it. I heat it in my microwave oven.

Then I do Squeeze-Jelqs. Basically it is just normal jelqs. But when I start jelqing from the shaft I keep the other hand locked tight at the head for a second. In this way pressure builds up within the penis between both of my hands. Right now I'm doing 95 of these in a session.

After this I do Tension stretches. 10 stretches kept for 10 seconds each.

And then I do some squeezes. At the moment I only do 10.

After this I re-heat the rice-sock and wrap it around my penis. During this cool-down I'm also doing my kegels.

After this I usually edge for 10 to 20 minutes. I do not come. Not for at least six hours before or after training.

I've seen my best periods of gaining when I've maintained this six hour rule combined with edging.

Thanks for such a detailed reply Korky:poke:! You answered some questions that I had in my mind about PE.

It sure does require great discipline and a long-term view.

I can see how breaks are important as it can get very tedious and as you said impatient and harder to stay focused.


You have made some good gains, an inch is an inch, it is not lousy!

What extender are you wearing?

I tried your method today... Is it normal to feel bigger but when u look down, don't seem as big as you would have thought it might be at that time ?
