Thanks guys! They sometimes get tight on me, but when I'm fucking they hang low. Great to feel them slapping against the other person during sex.

OMG mine are just as low. When I wake up they are normal, scrotum is tight. However, after a few hours they can get loose and begin to hang lower. At some given points in time very low. I will post pics soon I just don't have a good digital camera. I spoke with a doctor and it was $8000 for a scrotum reduction and insurance wouldn't pay.

Hahah. Yeah! Don't get them decreased! Though sometimes they dangle too much in toilet and touch the water if I'm not careful!
