In the very beginning of my porno escapades at a tender young age, porn was one of my biggest sexual pleasures beyond physicality. If I had a girlfriend, I could watch, if i didnt, even better to help get through the times I didnt.

As Ive become older, by that I mean close to 25, and learning to truly see the world for what it is and all its glory. Ive come to realize that seeing women on the street and reallllly, i mean reeeeally wanting to hook up/fuck/ whatever you so choose that day is a much bigger turn on than being able to open the tube to the plethora of many hot sex scenes.

I can watch any fucking fetish I want in a searchs time, but I will never have that married woman in the super market. Or the girl at the beach rubbing sunscreen on her perfect boobies thru her bathing suit so close to exposing what im sure are those perfect nipples. I mean sure, here and there you will meet the one that you want to fuck, but when they come left and right, and again out of left field, you come to the realistc conclusion that it is impossible to get with the same amount of women in real life, that you can in porn.

Long gone are the days when I can get that rock hard boner watching porn as i can being with a new woman. No longer are my orgasms nearly as intense with the perfect one on screen as they were off screen. No longer do the "upscale" pornstars turn me on more than the amateurs. The line is now the same in that regard.

The problem: Porn leaves nothing to the imagination, and that is final. There is no way to sugar coat this feeling, and i must learn to accept it :(

id like to give the much deserved credit to the women out there making my day with their beautiful beauty. And also to the men or women for that matter, who have the opportunity to have the one that i once coveted in my mind. you guys rock, my socks that is.

goodnite..

i will probably hit the tube an hour from now ;)

Your comparison fails as you aren't getting with the women you view on sex tapes. Only women in real life can be gotten by you.

The OP cops to being ~25ish, which to me means that probably all of his porn experience is limited to the internet, though even his definition of porn is probably very different from mine, as he seems to be discussing mostly soft-core stuff and solos (same thing from my POV).

Porn has rarely, if ever, replaced sexual activity for me, and although I can credit an early exposure to hard-core porn for certain precocious talents (I started sucking cock like a pornstar immediately), the reality is that I learned all of my real understanding about human sexuality with people, right there, in real life. Even allowing for the fact that a free-and-easy kid in the late 70s (like I was) certainly had more opportunities to experience the real thing, I think that a lot of Millennials who were immersed in internet porn from an early age have unreal expectations regarding real sex and real intimacy. I sure see enough of it here at LPSG.

Maybe the OP has, temporarily at least, bottomed out on porn, 99% of which is dreck anyway. We all go through stages.

I do not see this as a problem, OP. You are merely discovering the limitations of porn as a medium. It's contrived, stylized, exaggerated, and unrealistic. It's also completely vicarious. True sexual pleasure involves shared experience, if only with your own hand.

Move on to erotica, either in the visual arts or the written word. That is a method of sharing one's true personality, even if it is at a remove from actual sexual relationship.

Quite possibly the reason no woman has ever given me a handjob better than I have myself .

you are absolutely right and i openly admit falling into this category.. I expect the pornstar experience from every woman i am dating or hooking up with. topic on its own, this is! lol

ps.. i think the porn im most into would be considered hardcore, i mean, im into alot of different type of porn that i think most people outside of this site would consider too much for them ;p

So headline is- You don't get as turned on by porn as you used to. Real women turn you on more now.

Real women that logistically i may never have-- which technically is why one turns to porn other than the obvious reason of being horny and needing a release.. some go on to watch a girl get loaded on multiple times in one filming, because well frankly, that just may not happen in real life for them very often..
