A few weeks back I began a total body transformation. I expect this to take a year.
Stats (from a few weeks ago):
--45 years old
--195 lbs (6 foot frame)
--6.75" NBEL
--5.5" Girth
Goals:
--Lose 30-35 lbs of fat
--Gain 15 lbs of muscle
--Gain 1" of erect length, permanently (I consider anything that will last 3 weeks as permanent). If the stars align, would love to be over 8" NBEL.
--Gain .5"-1" of girth
--Increase flaccid length. I am a classic grower. I want to hang hung for a change.
--I want to preserve the aesthetic beauty of my penis. Always been told I have a beautiful cock.
--Improve EQ. I just can't get sustained erections like I could 10 years ago.
Program: Lots of exercise, dieting, etc. I am cutting out my 5-7 drinks let day and am hitting the gym hard. Already down 5 lbs and noticeable change to body.
Lots of EQ exercises. Diet and exercise also help.
Bought a Thickwall Cylinder. Hoping for a 1-2 20ish minute sessions per day @5Hg. I really believe in the slow and steady method.
XLeeve autoextender. Going to wear one as much as possible. May not add much beyond a weighted cap. Again, slow and steady to win the race.
Question: How often should I update this thread? What--if any--information would be helpful?
