A few weeks back I began a total body transformation. I expect this to take a year.

Stats (from a few weeks ago):

--45 years old
--195 lbs (6 foot frame)
--6.75" NBEL
--5.5" Girth

Goals:
--Lose 30-35 lbs of fat
--Gain 15 lbs of muscle
--Gain 1" of erect length, permanently (I consider anything that will last 3 weeks as permanent). If the stars align, would love to be over 8" NBEL.
--Gain .5"-1" of girth
--Increase flaccid length. I am a classic grower. I want to hang hung for a change.
--I want to preserve the aesthetic beauty of my penis. Always been told I have a beautiful cock.
--Improve EQ. I just can't get sustained erections like I could 10 years ago.

Program: Lots of exercise, dieting, etc. I am cutting out my 5-7 drinks let day and am hitting the gym hard. Already down 5 lbs and noticeable change to body.

Lots of EQ exercises. Diet and exercise also help.

Bought a Thickwall Cylinder. Hoping for a 1-2 20ish minute sessions per day @5Hg. I really believe in the slow and steady method.

XLeeve autoextender. Going to wear one as much as possible. May not add much beyond a weighted cap. Again, slow and steady to win the race.

Question: How often should I update this thread? What--if any--information would be helpful?

Best of luck. I think I will also try to do similar. Post whenever you feel but best would be on a regular basis like every Sunday, once a month or something similar. I will definitely be one to follow this thread to see your progress. Will you be posting picture of your progress? Fingers crossed or should I say cross dicks!

Depends,if OP has never lifted its possible.But if regular lifter ,even 5lbs might be hard when dieting.
Yeah it’s the while dieting part that’s tough. Newbie gains are sweet though

I see maybe 1/2” length gain but only if serious traction is used, not just the all day weighted cap

Girth is tough. I’ve only gained .25” in all attempts

Those^^ will be newbie gains too, that will come much harder after that

Here is an update and some information.

(1) I am down 9 lbs in my first month. Starting to see some muscle definition again which is cool. Still have a long way to go. I actually gain muscle super quickly. When I ran in college, coach forbade me from lifting cause I bulked up so quick.

(2) Thickwall Cylinder is great. I have over-pumped a little (it is so tempting). But mostly.going slow and steady. Just today started to see how I might pack the tube in a couple months (head and shaft hitting the sides a little).

(3) Pumped cock looks huge. Tried it on my gal and she loved it. Great feeling.

(4) #1 Biggest change is Erectile Quality. I can get rock hard again.

(5) Love the XLeeve. It allows me to hang almost 6 inches which I like and don't mind the occasional stare.

It's all possible man I'm doing the same! Except I have a long way to go. Crazy thing is I'm trying to cut down on beer and switching to liqour. Much less calories if done right.
It depends on how much you drink and how often as well dude.

Everyday. I've done the math though. 6 to 8 shots of vodka is way less than the 6 to 7 beers a day I drink. So now I just drink about 8 shots and hour before bed. Does the trick. Less calories, straight shots no added sugars to it.

How about you switch to liqour and have a day or more off a week for extra results.
