OK so I've decided to give this a go...

I'm going to have a go at natural penis enlargement exercises. Whether it will be a success or not, i don't know!

Going to start with the newbie routine from thundersplace and work up from there.

In order to get myself motivated, I am going to post in this thread each week (with a photo once per month) documenting any progress.

What would I like to achieve with this? Who knows? Shall we say an inch each way
What do I expect? Not bloody much!

Anyways starting stats:

Erect Length: 13.6cm / 5.4 inches
Erect Girth: 11.2cm / 4.4 inches

Believe me, the P.E techniques from Thunder's Place work. I gained 2" from doing P.E exercises over 2 years.

OK after one week:

So no change so far, which I guess is as can be expected.

Hey,

I will be following you also. I should do the same and start a program.

The penis pumping techniques are good for increased erection strength and eliminating the daily shrinkage issues. But it is not great long term. I do have some permanent gain but it is not a high percentage when you consider the time, effort and hundreds of dollars spent on different cylinders.

Definetly good for immediate gratification.

I am there with you. But just remember...some of us like there also like small penises. I like all sizes. I just want a huge one on me!

work out like a body builder--work a day, skip a day

don't expect to perform like a stud in bed the same day you work out. (I never could anyway.)

Went from 6.25 to ~ 9.

Lots of work.

This may be DG's thread, but I also have to tell you PE works.

i've gone form 7.5 to 8 in 3 months just by weight hanging. I'm putting in some bundled stretchs as well and will get into clamping once I hit 9 inches. Give me 5-6 months ;)
