    started last week on 9.22 or 9.21. starting length is 7"~ hard(i've measured myself at 7.5, but that is rare, i was pulling my pud a lot that day), about 5.5-6" depending if it's shaft or base measurement.

    i used to edge myself a lot. and i found it lowered my stamina and my erection quality. so i found this site and started on BIg al's basic PE program. i read about jelq'ing back in the day. tried a pump, but neither one long term. i wanna hit that 8" length mark. 7" is impressive, but 8" is beast. here's some shots flaccid after my workout today. been doing a rice warmup and shower cooldown

    the last pic is a prototype of my halloween costume for this year. i'm going to be master cylinder (frisky dingo reference). i'm going to put some rubber at the top of the can instead of plastic wrap to protect my junk. and also tie it up around my backside with an electric extension cable.

    Too much stamina work is not a good thing. In extreme cases you can hurt yourself, so it should not be overdone.

    i'm pretty good with my stamina. i hardly cum. but i jerk like twice a day usually. that helps too :p

    but stamina is the last step i do while cooling down in the shower. it's warmup, jelq, stretch, stamina and cool down. and by the end of my workout, my peter is pretty beat. i'm trying not to over do it, i had a lil spot appear on my top of my head yesterday, perfect timing for my day off before i do more tomorrow. just gotta take it slow and work at it
