Workout program..

Penis streching 5 x
Shower warmout 10 min
300-500 jelqings
50 x 5 sek kegels

I think with this workout 4-5 times a week i can gain 1 inch in 3 months.... wish me luck.. I will say if i gain something in that time.. :rolleyes:

Are you just starting out or do you have some experiance? Because if you are a true beginner, you may hurt yourself with that routine.


I was doing stretching before... i jelq 300 times 2 day , 1 day rest :D
and i and my penis feel good.. if i gain something.. i hope so.. i will post that here..

stretching before warm up and jelqs? i do warm up then jelq , stretch , kegel


and that is alot of kegels , let us know if u have ne success

thats alot of jelqs

If he's past the beginner phase he may be able to handle it. While I usually recommend intense, brief routines, some guys just do better with the light, high rep stuff like long jelq routines.
