I've have not engaged with his thread for a while, so I beg your pardon for not replying.
First, it seems like people would like a more thorough account of my exercise history. My apologies for not presenting this sooner. As you can imagine, as I first became invested in this while still a teenager, I have over a decade of experimenting with PE. The many things I've tried and routines that I have explored are far too numerous for me to articulate or even remember.
Here are some highlights that worked for me:
- For about a year I invested in hanging with a BIB hanger. I would hang six sets a day, in fifteen minute increments. Over the months of trying this, I got up to around 50 lbs hanging off my dick. This was one of the biggest factors in length growth for me. However, it is INCREDIBLY time consuming, and I found that I really couldn't pursue much else during that 1.5 hours of time. It was not practical for me to continue.
- Over my decade of PE, I have three times worked with a penis extender. My favorite was the VAC extender on autoextender.com. I found that it was not only comfortable to wear, but actually PLEASURABLE. It would feel sooooo good to me to be in there, stretching. I would do 15-30 minute sets, several times a day... and over the course of a set, I would continually ratchet the tension up to the highest I could manage, increasing the stretch as much as possible. My longest BPSFL ended up around ten inches. I lost my traction device in a move across the continental US, and I miss it very much.
- I have off and on played with pumping. I have only done low pressure, short sets. My goal has been to try to maybe stretch just a little bit more than I might have with my hands alone. I have always been careful never to deform my penis, but only edge it to expand a little more.
- I think I articulated earlier that one of my goals in a PE session is to end up with an erection bigger than when I began that particular session. I've learned to listen very closely to what my body is asking of me. When it says stop, I stop - even if it's only fifteen minutes in. A full PE session could last an hour, if I'm working it right. I do a full session a few times a week - but usually no more than 2-3 days in a row. And always, it should feel GOOD. If something doesn't feel awesome, I stop. Every part of PE should feel SEXY to me.
- For me, WET HEAT makes all the difference. A heating lamp doesn't do it. Neither does a sauna. For me, doing my exercises in a hot tub/bath/hot shower makes all the difference. There's something about it that allows more expansion for me. My gym has an in-locker hot tub. So, whenever I'm in there (and everyone who goes in, is naked), I'm constantly stretching. Even if there are other men in there with me. I'll spend 20 minutes just stretching, talking with other men, and they usually have no idea what I'm doing since there's bubbles and you can't really see. If I'm alone, I'll get an erection and also do my jelqing in there, too.
- I also found benefits in not cumming after a session. I will jack off for as long as I can, after I finish my workout, to get my hormones going and keep my dick erect... but I try to never cum. Studies have shown this affects hormone levels - and it also prevents my cock from ever going fully soft. I keep a little semi as I go back about my day.
- I use ADS devices to keep my dick lengthened throughout the day. I used to use autoextender's ADS silicon sleeves, but now I use Stealth for Men's fabric wraps. This way my dick never goes back to my shortest flaccid length. I ALWAYS use it for the the next several hours following a workout, and often on times/days in between. It also creates an unbelievably huge bugle in my pants, which is rather fun!
- During my actual PE workouts, I start with stretching. I pull as hard as I can, often with both hands. Mainly I work on stretching out, away from my body, and also pulling it up between my legs (through and past my butt cheeks), trying to target the main suspensory ligament. I will also stretch side to side, and do also a lot of V-stretches (where I bend the middle of my cock while stretching).
- After a few minutes of stretches, I will then do both wet and dry jelqing. Intermixed, I will also do erect squeezes - getting fully hard and then tightening off the base to force as much blood into the chambers as possible. As I said, my goal in the workout is to make my dick bigger as I go along... so after 15 or so minutes, I should see that my manhood looks noticeably thicker and more engoraged, if I'm doing it right. I will also intermittently add some pumping in too, sometimes.
- If I have the time, when I'm done, I will edge for as long as possible - coming as close to cuming as I am able and finding that maximized erection/hardness state.
- I do all this throughout the week. Some element most every day. Again, it should FEEL GOOD... that's the priority. I also do a lot of positive visualization: Imagining what I would like my dick to be, and seeing it on my body. I also do out loud positive speak while working out. I say to myself: "My dick is so fucking huge! Look at your mammoth cock! Everyone loves your giant dick!" I also pick up objects around the size I'd like my cock to be (huge bananas, bottles), and hold them next to my cock. Most times, I am surprised to see that my cock is already bigger than the object I picked, and that makes me feel really good, too!
That, all in all, gentlemen, is what has helped me.
In regards to whether PE works or not... well, I can only speak for my own experience. And, again, it has been an on-and-off process over a decade. I'm not currently at the biggest I've even been (I got married last month, and put my PE career on hold for a few months leading up to it)... but my size has increased and decreased over time, and I've learned to accept things come and go with dedication. It takes patience and time.
And maybe it doesn't work for everybody? I am also a serious yoga/mindfulness practitioner and have a pretty developed connection with my body. I can heal cuts in a matter of moments, if I focus on them. I know what my body wants and is asking for. Perhaps my cultivated mind/body connection has helped me in a way that other's have not accessed. Another simple thing too, is through my yoga practice, learning how to relax areas of tightness with focusing on sending my breath into that area to let it expand/lengthen. Maybe I've learned to do that with my dick, as well.
I found an old photo of me in my extender from 2015. I will post that here. I have also posted the oldest photo I can find from my online journal, along with some current ones. I'm sorry that I don't still have the same ruler as years ago... one loses and finds things along one's journey. I hope this has been helpful, in some way!
