My PE Rutine

    Before started 17,5 cm
    Now 19,2 cm
    My desire 20,5 cm or 8 inches

    I started PE 7 months ago

    Now my rutine is...
    Streching 5 times in all directions
    Warm towel warm up 1o minutes
    500 Jelqs

    My question is this a good routine?:rolleyes: When i started i gained quick 1,7 cm but now it is much harder to gain a one or two centimeter ? Why ?

    Did you follow this same routine the whole time or did you work up to those rep numbers/stretch times? Did you do any kind of stamina work?

    No...i was slowly work up to 500 jelqs.. 100, 200, 300 and now 500
    I did kegels ... 50-100 per day... i hope that i will progress to 8 inch in year or two..
    Big Al what you think ? is this enough to reach my goal?

    You should do the warm up BEFORE you stretch shouldnt you??

    If you did your rep adding in 100 rep jumps, that's far too much! You may also consider different movements like direct stretches and Stop and Starts to add a little more variety to your routine and to target different facets of development.

    I did Warm towel or warm shower for 1o minutes before PE

    never tried the stretching technique before,always been a pumper.but isnt pumping pretty much stretching the penis in all directions?

    There's a very big difference in the way pumping affects the penis compared to enlargement exercises. If you have no experience with enlargement exercises, consider giving them a try- and you'll see what I mean :biggrin1:
