My PE statistics/journal etc.

    Okay, so I'm kinda new to this whole thing, and I'm pretty happy with my size, I'd just like another inch either way, or so. In between losing weight, I'm just doing a cycling jelq cycle, that is, day 1 do 30, and increase to day 5 doing 70, then two days' break, then start at 50 in week 2.

    My starting stats:

    Length: 16.5 cm
    Diameter: 4.5cm



    Will update this post each week until I reach my target of 19cm length and ~5cm diameter.


    If anyone has any tips, that'd be appreciated. Pics will be posted when I get away from my family, lol.

    I'd rather measure circumference than diameter because you can see changes much better. it's more accurate.

    That's good advice. Also, it's helpful to know your starting measures...

    Circumference behind the glans, at midshaft, and at the base of your shaft. This way you can more accurately determine what your gains are.

    I just use my midshaft as my girth measurement, but some guys average all three of the measures I mentioned to calculate their girth.

    just remember to warm up really good, then you should be fine and you wont get injured. Good luck! :smile:

    I agree. At least a 5 minute warmup is helpful. Also, you should consider adding some stretches after your jelqs--that will help with both flaccid and erect length gains.

    I just see a jelq only routine as a bit incomplete, even for someone just starting out.

    Update on measurements:

    So I went and bought sewing tape.

    Length: 16.5cm
    Girth::
    ... Behind head - 11cm
    ... Mid-shaft - 12cm
    ... Base - 12.5cm

    and adding stretches into my routine as per that link. Thanks for the support, guys! :)

    Week Three.

    Length: 16.8cm.
    Girth: 10.3cm;
    11.3cm;
    12.5cm.

    I'm not sure about the fluctuations. I'm measuring before I start my weekly cycle, if that helps. This will hopefully help me chart my progress, after all.

    If you're a grower its worthwhile to track flaccid length gains too. PE has increase my flaccid by maybe 1.5" so far (flaccid gains are hard to measure).

    Keep up the good work. I did it about 2 years ago and then stopped. Now i started up again last sunday, so Im gonna try to stay motivated and get where I need to be. I dont really NEED the girth, but i wont complain. Im shootin for length, maybe another inch to inch and half. Wish me luck. Also, I just posted some more pics I took today. Check em out and lemme know what yall think.

    how can somebody have gains in just one week? i was doing intense jelqing for months and saw not even a half a centemeter i mean i kno everybody is different but i just wish i could gain some centemeters ive pumped and jelqed and recieved nothing but a flatter penis and looser skin of the penis can somebody plz tell me y im not gaining lol?

    Thanks Blink. I'm not really worried about flaccid gains, to be honest, seeing as that's mainly for show, and I'm not really a showy person. I can't use a urinal, for example. 'Tis more about how the thing handles.

    Anyway, thanks for the encouragement, I'm up to 120 today. ^_^
