I had posted this on another thread but it went unnoticed. Want to know what you guys think of my current routine. Anything I should change? Leave sock to soak in hot water (Not scalding hot) Wrap around penis, when I feel that the sock has lost heat, I re soak it. Lay down in bed and stretch my penis up,left,right,and down, 30 seconds each Do 30 hard jelqs Rest for about 30seconds Repeat 5 more times Do this every morning and night I'm thinking I should invest more time into both the stretching and the jelqing, the whole session usually lasts for about 30minutes. I'm also thinking of using a Ace bandage as an All-Day Stretching device when Im home, only for a few hours for 3-4 days a week.
