I dont know if they can, or if I'd want them to, and yeah, I guess so, it's got distance for sure, but that has to do more with pelvic muscles.

It could be a cystocoele or similar. You could get an ultrasound scan of your testicles to confirm.

Hate to rain on the parade....have you ever had it checked by an MD? It might not be a third nut but rather, and I do not mean Dan, a cyst or growth of some sort. I really would not let it go.
