Den Dilatator desinfizieren und ein steriles Gleitgel ist notwendig. Ich verwende Xylocain Gel 2%. Das nennt man dann Sounden. Nach wiederholter Anwendung wird sich die Harnröhre daran gewöhnen und die anfänglichen Anzeichen werden nicht mehr auftreten, so dass die Angenehmen Gefühle überwiegen werden. Nach einiger Zeit kann man den nächsten um 0,5mm dickeren Dilator verwenden um die Harnröhre zu dehnen. Wie schnell man die nächste Größe verwenden kann, hängt von der Anwendungshäufigkeit und von der Dehnungsdauer (1-2 Stunden) ab, trotzdem ist es sehr langwierig. Es ist relativ ungefährlich, solange man nicht in die Harnblase eindringt. Denn man kann leicht den Blasenschließmuskel schädigen und dadurch eine Inkontinenz auslösen. Außerdem hat man dann keinen sauberen Harn zum Spülen der Harnröhre mehr. Deshalb Sounde ich meistens nur bis durch die Prostata und dringe nicht in Die Harnblase ein. Hey Lonniej, do you really need to stretch your piss slit? I'm guessing your bod will force out what it can and then the rest will either drain back into your bollocks for next time or be forced out as soon as you have a piss.
