Ná habair é! Níl mórán Gaeilge agam... ach rinne mé iarracht ar é a dhéanamh!

*runs away before all the Irish speakers arrive to make their corrections to that*

I asked Alex how many languages he speaks and he lied. He speaks way more. How many? Who knows?

Welcome, éisc. I hope a majority of your posts will be in English so we can all respond!

How can a guy crack a joke in a language he doesn't speak?

I am trilingual, but I swear in a lot more languages! My parents sent me to school, but it was in the gutters that I was educated.

When I was dating a guy from the Lebanon, I suddenly had to change a ten-year habit of cursing at everyone in Arabic. It was very depressing to have someone so close at hand who realized what a perpetually foul mouth I really possessed. However, his beautiful doors-to-the-soul eyes, constant smile, and tender bedroom desires made it all worth the effort of having to learn to curse at people in Italian instead. :biggrin1:

I principally speak whatnot as well. As Sorcerer has indicated already, I only give abbreviated answers, so I wouldn't believe any list that I give you anyway. German, English, Arabic and French will do for the main course; the starters doubtless include Italian and Spanish; while the desserts section contains some metaphorical profiteroles such as Siwi and Shlouhi. Anything more is just a rumor.
