well, we should stop thinking that getting stds depends on our partners, it only depends on our behaviour and we are entirely responsible of the consequences of our acts and desires
risky behaviors are risky in themselves, no matter if your partner is trans, bi, gay, escort ………
well said.

Nacho is said to be exclusively with transgenders in his personal life. Guess that's why they say he got it from a transgender since it seems he didn't get it on set. But how does it matter from what gender he got it.

The "exclusively" seems to be wrong. Most people in the spanish industry don't really speak good English.

"How does it matter?" Well, let's see... Rocco has probably had sex with as many women as Nacho, if not more. Rocco, however doesn't have sex with transexuals and is HIV-.

Nacho plays with transexuals and is HIV positive. That is how it matters.

Or by your logic, it seems that you're saying being HIV positive doesn't matter at all. To each their own, I guess.

Well there are biological factors and some sex acts are more risky, and some partners are necessary for those risky sex acts. That's why people will never stop thinking getting HIV depends on who your partner is.

From a cellular biology point of view, you're most likely to get HIV if you get buttfucked by a male infected partner who blows a load in your ass.

Transmission when an infected male blows a load in your vagina is way more rare. Transmission from infected vagina to non-infected penis is almost unheard of according to the CDC. Any open sore increases the risk of course.

Of course it's not PC to mention biological facts these days and maybe people will call it homophobic. Here's an article that gets more into this topic.

i have no interest in politics. I'm merely talking biology and established science and documented scientific facts.

"The authors concluded that the average male to female risk of HIV transmission is .07 - .08% per vaginal sex act (which, in a large study, would mean approximately 7-8 cases of transmission for every 10,000 acts of unprotected vaginal sex)"

Heterosexual risk of HIV-1 infection per sexual-act: systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies, Marie-Claude Boily et al., The Lancet (2009) | The Center for HIV Law and Policy

What does it matter? Metaphorically speaking, If one were to compare sex with food. I might say that I love ALL kinds of food. I love eating. But If i know it's scientifically proven that a high fat diet will cause heart disease and cancer, I choose to avoid high fat foods. Just my preference, but what does it matter...?

whatever atyoutcervix said. total truth. not against transexuals or gays but there are stats speaking for themselves. it is an absolutely fact that its more likely to get aids from them than females. now, not knowing the reason for this i still think to this day its conspiracy to go against promiscuous behavior as it has been going on since the 70s but thats a long talk. i still think think because of this conspiracy to wipe off certain people, you just dont associate with them as mean as it may sound. all respect to most people in this field that i have met, but i wont fuck them in the butthole unprotected, sorrrryyy i guess im just an asshole i suppose.

anyway, i just wanted to ask if the fact nacho is hiv positive a fact or speculation, because this thread has been dragging out for a while and im starting to think its a troll

people talking like me, offering scientific proven facts? I would argue it enables people to be more aware of the consequences of making healthy decisions so that they may live a long, healthy life...but sure, if you want to make it political, that's on you.

By the way, it is also scientifically proven in studies that you have a higher risk of getting HIV if you use intravenous drugs. Does that mean I am discriminating against heroin users???

Using your logic, you would then say the scientifically accepted research that smoking causes cancer is merely political.... Um, ok!

you didn't get my point. i just say : if you don't want to get stds, just play safe. always.

This is the truth.
Simply put, it's easier to become HIV + with certain practices and certain people. Politics plays no role in the transmission of it.

again, you misread what i write
let's make it simple : if stats say that car accidents are more frequent in France than in Spain, does this mean that you drive less carefully in Spain ?

or another way to put it, in france at certain time gays had more freedom than studio 54 and they didnt get aids soon after

Man, these are such bad news. I really like him as performer.

Regarding the claim with his relationship with shemales - at one period I would occasionally check his Twitter account, although I do not have Twitter account. So maybe 2 years ago he was posting photos with a beautiful trans, so beautiful and feminine that it was quite difficult for me to believe she really is trans until I saw her escort ad at ErosGuia (Spanish escort ads website).

Maybe it is stupid, but I can freely assume he had a lot of unprotected fun and this is result, unfortunately.
