Actually a transexual is a person who has undergone a sex change operation or are undergoing the gender reassignment process. They're generally either pre-op or post-op. Pre-op having the meaning of currently undergoing the gender modification process and still retaining their original genitalia whereas post-op would be an individual that has undergone surgery to have their genitalia modified or removed, thus completing the gender reassignment, at least in the physical sense. Ergo, transexuals do not necessarily have dicks.
