It looks like it’s from the tv show Adam looking for Eve, it’s basically a dating show where 2-3 people get dropped on an uninhabited island naked hoping to find true love.

The show originated in the Netherlands under the name Adam zoekt Eva and got picked up in more European countries, maybe you can find contestants online with this information. Good luck
