While some of these videos were indeed posted to Tik Tok and someone got to download them before they were erased, most were just edited with the Tik Tok app, saved, and published somewhere else, without ever being published at Tik Tok itself.
Tik Tok's inappropriate content recognition is pretty fast and nudity videos usually get down in a matter of hours.
I was lucky to find this guy accidently. He posted a nude yesterday, and it's still up. (For some reason, I can't attach the video, so I'll have to link it.)

But out of curiosity, how do you actually search for these NSFW accounts?
you don’t. bc tiktok filters # and specific words. you have to curate your fyp to be just xxx stuff by liking and interacting with other xxx content. but even then it takes a while to work.
