Basically what I'm looking for is advice about experiences you can have around the world that heavily feature nudity - i went to a Khalbadhus in sweden which is something I'd never heard of and realised, oh, there's a lot more out there than just nude beaches and saunas, but i obviously don't know what I don't know.

What destinations have you visited that had things to do naked right there in the city, like Paris's naked park, or Barcelona's central nude beach? Where are the places that social nudity still exist?

Just gonna say Sunscreen. A ridiculous amount is almost enough. Like, so much sunscreen.

If you reside in Europe I'd suggest traveling to Cap d' Agde sometime between Bastille Day and the end of August. Pre-Covid, this French nudist town on the shores of the Mediterranean attracted between thirty and forty thousand nudists. If camping isn't your style, book with Genevieve Naturisme at one of several rental locations; Port Nature, Heliopolis and Port Ambonne being the most popular.

As you would expect, nudist beaches and other spaces tend to be more secluded but Sitges in Spain has a great nude beach (Balmins) within the town. The English Garden in Munich, Germany has lots of nude sunbathing. Whilst not in the city centre Lady Bay beach in Sydney has fantastic views across the harbour to the harbour bridge and opera house. Closer to home (for me in the UK) Eastney beach is very close to Portsmouth town centre and there is nudist section of the beach in Brighton.

I need to check out the nudist beach in Brighton soon. Don't want to go when it's really busy in Brighton though so maybe I'll have to wait until next year now.
