Am thinking positive for 2021 and wanting to explore naked yoga/easy stretching.

Anyone recommend 1:2:1 sessions in london - obviously once free to train, semi fit guy as cycle 4 times a week but now needing to gain more flexibility so wanting to try yoga and happy to try naked too being a curious naturist and like the sensual thrill of it!

happy to travel and hoping 2021 can get started.
Cheers

Guy Boxer, I hope you find your naked yoga classes and instructors in London. It's a big city and I'm sure you will find a class. I teach naked yoga here in the States. We have naked classes in a lot of the major cities.
You will enjoy it and get a better feeling about yourself!

I went to a few naked yoga sessions in Brighton but it was way before lockdown happened. A guy called Nicholas or Nickles organised them. I really enjoyed them. It was the closest I could find to naked group work outs which I have always craved.

You might want to try a site called meetup.com and search your area. That's how I found the Brighton one. Good luck!
