About half an hour later I was going to the juice machine and i walked by the class room and he was teaching the calss!

I agree with the poster above. To him it may not have been any big deal to have been jerked off in a stall or whatever. Maybe as a previous poster said, he thought you didn't either and was simply asking for change for a soda or coffee and was short a bit of change to make the purchase.
