LOL. you know, most native americans laugh when people say "i'm part cherokee, you see my great great great grandma was cherokee." we think "so you're pretty much not native american then :wink:"
i just think it's funny how people act as if they know things about the culture. every tribe is different. but i will tell you that you more than likely have no idea what you're talking about unless you're native american and are knowledgeable about your tribe. native americans don't like to share things with others outside of the tribe unless it's other tribes. that's why the languages aren't common. you can't just learn anything about native americans from a book. the only way you will learn is if you learn from someone in the tribe, but even then, it's unlikely.
i will say that there is such a thing as a medicine man...some are good and some are bad.
