Weather has a lot to do with it. Last weekend, as I was having a nice cold beer standing on the rather hot outdoor patio, the bar manager came over, tapped me on the elbow, and informed me that my balls seemed to have descended out of the bottom of my running shorts, and would I please rectify the situation.
