Natural way of enlargement.

    Hi everybody,i'd like to ask if there's any natural way of increasing penis' length.I mean that we exclude pumps,pills or surgery.
    Does anybody knows a way by using bare hands or positioning the penis or anything else ?

    i know a couple of excersizes,
    1 if you stop several times having a piss every time you go.
    2 don't be fat as it ruduces circulation.
    3 massaging the penis A LOT

    thats all i know and they take months for effects

    There ought to be some geneticists and people messing around with stem cells somewhere, because if they ever figure out how to make your penis grow and / or get your foreskin back with all its natural sensitivity, they'll be instant billionaires!

    Yeah, it's called jelqing. It takes time, effort, and you have to do it right for it to work, but then again, it does work. I should post a bunch of information on this later in the next few days.

    Manual stretches done with your hands is a natural enlargement process.and from what info there is available...it does work.:biggrin1:

    Maybe 2 or 3 years ago, i followed this schedule and it gave positive results.

    I did them in the shower using the hand held thingy for the "apply heat" part. Added about three quarters of an inch over the course of 2 months. Thing was i stopped at week 3, but my erections kept getting larger for about 3 more weeks. I went from 7.25 t just shy of 8" and from 5.25 girth to about 5 1/2"

    I put a couple of my other friends on it and my favorite reply was "those exercises are magical"

    Thing is, when you stop for long periods of time, the results go away.

    This has been an issue. There's now a program for what's called, cementing gains. Basically it consists of continuing PE infrequently for a while once you've reached a little over the size you want. If you do that then you gradually need to do them less frequently until you can stop. You will lose a little of the gains, but not all. That's why it's now recommended to exceed your target size by about 1/4" in both length and width.

    i stated in an older thread concerning this matter... first off exercising the phalus and being dedicated enough to stick with it will NOT happen with most men, even though its a subject many of us obsess about... the reason i say this is, i see many, many, men of all ages and walks of life walking around 40, 60, 80lbs overweight and all they need to do is disipline themselves and take control of their lives and quit being lazy fucks... on the same token, most men WONT' commit to stretching, squeezing, and jelquing 3-4 days a week to get the gains they desire... we live in an "instant", society today... these "snake oil", salesmen marketing and making millions on bullshit pills are testament to what i have said... everyone wants a "quick fix", to their issue or percieved problem... i wont even attempt to share my thoughts on contemporary life in amerika,,, but its soooo broken and needs an even bigger pill or idea to cure... nothing is gained without sacrafice and hard work... anything that seems to good to be true,,, wll "it is"...

    yes you can change the size of your phalus, but get ready for the ride... get ready for alot of trial and error, untill you learn your body and find out what works for you... i got start would be if you use tobacco "STOP IT",,, if you drink in excess "stop it"... get your diet in "check", loose weight if you need to then get a good PE routine that you can incorperate into your life/schedule, i tell you, you will be supprised at the results as i have...
