Just curious if anyone knows any natural ways to boost testosterone levels.

I'm asking this because recently I haven't been having spontaneous erections at all lately, I can still get hard when I'm with someone, though haven't necessarily been staying hard while getting fucked like I use to, and I fear that my penis is shrinking, I know its probably not but I fear that it is.

I know I've been under extra stress recently and I know that can partially effect it, but I think there is more too it than just that.

Any tips appreciated.

Try exercising. Cardio and weight lifting are a good way to raise testosterone levels. I run 5 - 6 days a week to keep mine up.



And don't take this the wrong way: You look nice, but you could stand to hit the free weights a bit.

My Way will certaily Increase your Testosterone naturally, It will also give you hard Erections.

Eat Fresh Cabbage(2 leaf) + Half Onion + Natural Honey(Optional)

Do not cook the Cabbage and the Onion, just Cut and eat Raw.


Note 1: The Onion will give you a bad mouth smell, but will do a great job for your Erection.

Are you serious? That doesn't sound to appetizing. Separately I can eat those all raw... Well I have cooked onions with honey in the past.

Do lots of exercise, stay away from soda and fake foods.

Some big muscle group exercises, such as dead lifts, are the best. Be careful and go as heavy as you can. Dead lifts are a weight lifters best friend. The best exercise, hands down because it involves so many large muscles: Quads, hamstings (a bit), Glutes, back muscles.
Keeping active and exercising is the best.

As far as suppliments go, I like taking Tribulus Terestis. Get a good brand, like GNC (what I use). I noticed the affects after about a week.
I also take an aromatase inhibitor, 6-oxo, to reduce the conversion and absorbtion into estrogen, which your body will do if your testosterone levels are getting up there.

Also I heard that you dont want to cut off fatty foods entirely, just eat the right ones (like in milk, etc). I cant speak too much about that.

Also cut back on Soy based products and foods. Soy has a lot of estrogen in it.

yeah, i've heard of some of those sups, but yeah, squats, deadlifts, heavy as you can, do about 6-8 reps, try a spin class, get that blood pumpin thru your legs, and your test will go up steady

Not so sure about free weights, but am definitely starting an actual workout routine again soon with some good cardio, swimming, etc. I've really noticed my body changing in the last month or so, especially the last month, and want to jump on it before it gets out of hand, since definitely need to have a South Florida Beach Body year round down here.

I have to agree, work the larger muscles in your legs along with your chest and arms shoulders and back (see the BB grup for some good info) tribulus aznd ZMA are good supplements to get your engine working. Do some kegels and reverse kegels.

The best natural way is heavy mass building exercises. Cardio helps, but it is not as effective as exercises connected with mass building are.

I have never heard of the onion-cabbace thing and I would love to hear where the research and facts came from on this one. Anyone want to second me on this?

Okay if everybody else is gonna be all squeaky clean then I guess I'm gonna look like an asshole, but here's my 2 cents:

dude, fuck natural. steroids are fantastic. and you don't have to do them in black market doses which will make your skull continuously take a stronger resemblance to Frankenstein until you die of a heart attack at 43. Find a sports doctor. They will give you the same juice as you would get in major league baseball, only in regulated amounts which are intelligently designed for long term health and overall physical improvement in the present. Not only will it fix your dick de-petrification problem, but it will lean your body, make you more energetic in all aspects of life (as long as you're getting your dick hard every day, you might as well work an extra hour and make some more money... for condoms or whatever...), AND it will make you less likely to give your spare change to homeless beggers. (that last one may not have documentation, but i swear to you that it is true).
