Yeah, we were reading and laughing about this on post.

I think it's more headlines because he's big fish, oh, AND AN OFFICER. . Ever so often they (military Brass) will wait ,then do a sting on all these Marines down in either Pendleton, Mir Mar, or 29 Palms areas.

Mostly lower enlisted.

Gotta' say, from my observation, there' not near as much stomach to reign in guys serving showing their shlongs on the net like they used to.

Gay for pay/ Male escorting, they're defiantly keeping tabs on.

But defiantly not the with hunt it was 15 years ago.

Does the UCMJ still cover adultery as a crime? I'm pretty sure I saw him in a video having sex with more than just his wife.
He's been in the military for 20+years and has been doing porn films now and then for 7 years?

It should be left alone. Especially if his spouse is OK with it.

The guy was an idiot. His wife did adult video stuff before, fine. They were two million something in debt due to her attempt to do real estate and failing miserably. The dude showed his face and it was a part of his schtick in videos to talk about being a Seal. Persec exists for a reason.

The "reason" given for him participating to save costs on men to be in videos with his wife. Just because his wife does porn, apparently enough to be recognized in a job interview for a more mundane job, there are likely a plethora of men who would jump at the chance to fuck her. For free. Instead he does porn, shows his face, brags about being a Seal, in spite of knowing Persec is a thing, and that archaic as it may be, fidelity is something the military does care about. They also care if someone is that heavily in debt. If he wanted to make extra money outside of the military, it's pretty common for guys to be a bouncer or some such. They just have to get it sanctioned. If for whatever reason he didn't want to do that, there were much smarter ways he could have gone about it.

He could have done POV shit and kept his fucking mouth shut about being a Seal and it would likely have never been an issue. It's bigger than just his spouse being okay with it.

Oh! Yeah that was moronic.

How about just staying off the guys case . Has served his country , its people , and the rest of us who love our freedom , with distinction , and for what ? So some ball-less fuckwit (or group of ) , can hang him out to dry ? I would suggest that he's earned the right to fuck whoever he wishes , in any fashion he wishes , as long as it is mutually consentual . What are they going to do , stick him in Leavenworth ? Ludicrous .

He deserves what the fuck he gets. He put other people at risk. Personal security is a thing for a reason. If he hadn't bragged about being a Seal, hadn't shown his face, okay, cool, knock yourself out and moonlight doing porn. The way he did it, however, was idiotic.

The standards, regulations, etc of the Military branches being archaic or not for some things, like the "infidelity" of him banging people who aren't his wife aside, he knew about those regulations and ignored them. Ignored them in such a way he easily got caught at it. Then, being in a special operations outfit on top of that? People can and have died from personal security leaks.
