If, at 17, a person petitions for emancipation can it be granted?
I know proof of being able to support yourself; involving a job, transportation, schooling, etc.
But what if said petitioner has a better ability to fill these needs by moving to another state? Say the petitioner has moved to north carolina away from all friends and family, but in moving back to their previous state has the ability to completely fulfill these needs?
