Pills and patches do not work. Period. But oysters, green tea, and ginseng can boost your libido. How about Viagra?

Pills and shit like that only help by maximizing what you already have. So say your avg erection is at about 90% of its maximum length and girth. Those pills might help you fill up that extra 10% thats not being used. So it may make You a tad longer and a tag girthier...but I think you are better off getting those gains naturally with exercise and a good diet, etc.
