Well since there is only asphalt and desert, you could trying walking or jogging a mile for starters.

There is also body weight exercises you can do. I'm a big fan of burpee's that's a good core body workout that will get your heart rate up.

Also planks, squats, pushups, lunges, situps, hollow body bridge. There is a variety of these exercises that you can do.

You'll need to come up with a routine and start there. Adjust as needed.

if you are going to jog in the deseert you should def bring water, especially if you are new to the area, honestly I'd rather you not go jogging in the desert unles you are familiar with what it is like to live in one
do you by chance have any kind of weights or can you get some at your home, how about a sledgehammer

benchpress, deadlift, squat, overhead press is all you need!

Learn proper technique and form. Search and watch different tutorials how to execute those compound movements in correct form.
Form is way more important then the weight itself!

Besides that its for stay lean, kcal in vs kcal out.

Be consistent and try to enjoy the excersises

That is literally my day 1 routine. 4 sets of 4-6 reps at ~80%.
