It’s extremely similar to this! Very close hahaha thanks for the help friend! If it helps I think the guy had brownish hair who was smiling. I’ll keep trying to find it

I’ll describe the scene more so it’s of a guy who pushes another guy tossing and turning in bed. He lifted the blanket and the camera quick cuts to the guy having morning wood then cuts back to the friend who’s laughing while smiling and his mouth
