Go to the gym and act normal.
1. Bring your gym clothes and change in the locker room
2. Work out
3. Get out of your gym clothes and shower (wear a towel to the shower until you know the norms)
4. Dry off and get dressed

Honestly if you just go to a gym, or some club( I don't know how they are in the U.S.), you will end up doing this.
Once I went with a friend to a club which his associated with, and there were dozens of people walking by with a towel totally naked, or having a shower at full view, or changing at everyone's view.
