Need help w/ name of a retro porn movie

There was a porn movie that came out somewhere around 1980. It opened with this girl on roller skates skating around and peeking into people's windows, watching them having sex. Later there was an orgy at a hotel, and a threesome in a locker room.

I can't remember for the life of me what it was called. Anyone remember this movie and the title?
